कोविड-१९ पेशंटसची संख्या दिवेंदिवस वाढत आहे. संपूर्ण विश्व या व्याधीने त्रस्त झाले आहे. आयुर्वेदीक उपचार पद्धती ही अश्या संक्रमण प्रभावित वातावरणात संक्रमण होण्या अगोदर ते न होण्यासाठी खबरदारी म्हणून, आणि संक्रमण झाल्या नंतर त्यातून लवकर बरे होण्यासाठी उपयुक्त आहे.

आयुर्वेदीक औषधांमुळे वेळीच उपचार केले असता त्याचा अनेकांना फायदा होत आहे . आयुर्वेदीक औषधी mild ,moderate अशा प्रत्येक stage मध्ये उत्तम काम करतात. आयुष विभागाने त्यानुसार एक protocol देखील सांगितला आहे. RT- PCR positive आल्यावर mild stage असतांना च पहिल्या दिवसापासून इतर औषधांसोबत जवळच्या आयुर्वेदिक डाॅक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानुसार त्वरित आयुर्वेदिक औषधि सुरू करावी.

आयुर्वेदशास्त्र परिपूर्ण आहे, अनेक विषाणुजन्य आजारांची चिकित्सा शास्त्रात वर्णित आहे व त्याचे उत्तम परिणाम कोविड वर आम्ही बघत आहोत .त्यामुळे वेळीच जवळच्या आयुर्वेदीक वैद्यांकडून mild stage असतांना औषधि सुरू करावीत, त्यामुळे पुढचे complications टाळता येतील . आठवड्यात अशा अनेक केसेस आल्या जिथे Swab test negative आहे, परंतु लक्षणे मात्र कोविड ची आहेत. नंतर RTPCR test positive येते, परंतु या सगळ्यामुळे वेळेत treatment मिळत नाही. mild HRCT score असलेला पेशंट moderate stage मध्ये जातो व नंतर severe stage येते. वेळीच HRCT score mild असतांना आयुर्वेदिक औषधि सुरू केली असता पुढचे complications टाळता येतात.त्यामुळे RTPCR positive आली असता अथवा तोंडाला चव नसणे, वास न येणे, कोरडा खोकला, कफाची उबळ येणे, ताप येणे इत्यादि लक्षणे असल्यास त्वरित आयुर्वेदिक औषधि सुरू करावीत. समाधान याचे आहे कि केवळ आयुर्वेदीक औषधांनी ऑक्सिजन पातळी वाढविण्यात यश येत आहे .

आयुर्वेदिक वैद्यांच्या सल्ल्यानुसार हि treatment योग्य वेळेत सुरू करावी.अतिशय माफक दरात हि औषधी आम्ही रूग्णांना उपलब्ध करून देण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहोत.

Shirodhara [Shiro-->Head | Dhara--> Flow)

Shirodhara is an ancient therapy of Ayurveda. This is one of the most important Karma in Panchakarma. It involves gently pouring liquids (oil, milk, ayurvedic treated water) over the forehead depending on what is being treated.

There are specialized forms of Shirodhara called Ksheerdhara (Milk), Thakradhara (Butter Milk), Taildhara (oil), and plain water Dhara. Shirodhara is thought to work by relaxing the hypothalamus in the brain. It also helps to normalize the functions of hormones that regulate sleep and emotions.

Shirodhara has been used to treat a variety of conditions including depression, chronic headaches, mental conditions like anxiety, stress, hypertension, eye diseases, sinusitis, graying of hair, memory loss, vertigo, and certain type of skin diseases like psoriasis.
